ActiveSync Error Code On WM5 Smartphone

Hello all,

I have a user who is attempting to sync via GPRS on his cingular 2125 WM5 Smartphone. I have verified that his server and password settings are correct, but every time he syncs, the following support code is returned:

0x80070002

Anyone seen this one before? If you need more details, let me know.

Wow, this has been a while back. I think what I ended up doing was performing a hard reset on the device and setting everything back up again...hope this can help someone.
