Activesync & ESN swap...

I just had an ESN swap occur between a Verizon XV6700 and a Palm Treo 700w.

The voice side for each phone is working fine, but each user is having problems with ActiveSync working correctly.

They have changed the user-id and password, but each device will not sync properly.

Has anyone seen anything like this before..??

Any thoughts to fix this issue..?? Should I have them do a soft reset or a hard reset for each device..??

I just wanted to let people know that the user did a "Hard" reset and that cleared the problem, which it should have done.
