Active X Viewer only exports rpt file

I have Crystal 8.0 and am using its Web Component manager to create reports that run off the web. I just downloaded the latest Active X viewer and am having the same issue. The viewer only exports to a .rpt file. #1 I dont want it to export to a .rpt file in the first place but do want it to export to excel, word or a pdf format. Any suggestions?? Thanks!
