Active X viewer not viewing

Here’s the problem:

I just upgraded Crystal Reports Developer 8.5 to 9.0 on my NT4.x Web Server. When testing the CR example application ‘Extreme Mountain Bikes’ I CAN NOT get the Active X viewer to work.

It appears that the application begins to load and then goes to a gray screen. I’m looking for ways to debug debugging this thing.

I'd guess that the old Viewer wasn't uninstalled properly, or there's a legacy registry setting.

Try removing the Crystal Active-X viewers registered in your browser too.
