active x viewer download

when i try to view a report via the active x plugin through a reporting website i have some of the client machines refuse to downolad the plugin and i get left with a 'no image' type symbol. i have checked the security settings on the machines and they are set to allow the download of these components, some are using ie 5.5 and some are on ie 4 any ideas of how i can get this to download??

Well, can u send me the code as to how u are using the crystal report control in your web pages.

Make sure you are logged in as 'administrator'
and have access to the internet.

But what about users who are not administrators ?
they need to beable to download the ActiveXviewer.cab too

anyway, I've tried that and I still get a blank page :
but with the error :

ActiveX component can't create object WebReportBRoker.WebReportBroker
