Active X In Outlook 2003

Outlook won't run Active X, I can't reply without this message popping up:

"Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page. As a result, the page may not display correctly."

After this message is displayed, all of my images in my signature disappear.

How can i fix this?

Are you using Outlook 2003 and if it is did you d/l and install SP3? If so then see if
this applies.
