I've created a simple dll in VB6 that passes back a value to a client app.
I eventually managed to get the dll registered on the remote server and then available in DCOMCNFG by using OLEVIEW.
I used CLIREG32 to register the the dll vbr file on my development pc and it worked fine from there...
The problem is that when I copied my client project to another pc (also using CLIREG32 to register the dll vbr file) I am getting the dreaded Active X Component cannot create object.
Has anyone got any ideas aout what might be wrong?
