Active voice Repartee

Is any one useing MD110 BC8 with a Repartee? We can't get the Local Connect feature to work, the voice mail system just hangs up when you try to connect. The vendor has been stringing us along for three years and I started bugging them agian. The simply said that feature isn't compatable with the MD110. I find that hard to belive since it worked on our Replay Plus. Any ideas would be greatly apreceated.

What do you mean "local connect" we had BC8 way back with Repartee do you mean the voice mail puts the call through.
what version of Repartee do you have.

The Repartee version is 7.49. Local connect is used when you want to record or listen to system recordings. You press F3 to select one of the ports at the top of the screen and then call that port. Then you press F4 to connect to that port. When you do this it connects for just a second and then hangs up. Very rarly, if you can press F4 before the auto attendent answers, it will work.
