Active Voice Repartee question.

We are running active voice's repartee system on avaya definity system and have problem with telphony stuff. Incoming call numbers not being passed to viewcall plus system. Also, some of the options under viewcall plus aren't available because of tapi issues. Can anyone help on how to set these up correctly.
