Hello,
That service uses Windows Instant Messaging service (atleast that is how I have understood it)or MSN Messenger service. And you would have to have your users logon to one of that.
We have been looking into that in our organisation, but due to policies we can't implement that. We are not allowing instant messaging in our Corporate network.
