Active\Synv 3.7.1 - Not Syncing Inbox with Dell Axim

Using ActiveSync 3.7 running XP to an Exchnage 5.5 server. Attemptin gto Sync via USB to a Dell Axim PDA.
Device connects but unable ti SYnc up contacts, Inbox to the PDA.
Tasks sync to the PDA but not the Inbox.

How do I sync the INBOX and contacts
