active sync synchronization error

hi!

I have a problem with active sync 3.6 and IPAQ 3950
When I am synchronizing I sometimes get the message "synchronization error".
Most of the time it works, but approximately every 5 synchronizations I get this message.
I upgraded the IPAQ-rom to ver. 1.11
But no change of the situation.

I have an iPAQ 3900 series and I don't know if this is relevent but I had this trouble after I moved the 'Pocket_ PC My Documents' folder from the original location it picked on my computer when I synched the first time. When I changed it back, after a few efforts, it was fine.
