Dear Gents,
We have active station numbers in the M1 PABX in the MDF but not sure if all are use or with Tel Set on the end user side
Is there any command to check this for type 500.
IDU command in LD 20 I supposed only work on digital stations.
Thank you

Unfortunately, the IDU or IDC command in LD 32 won't tell you if the analogue (500) set is currently in use as they will always show either IDLE, BUSY or DISABLED if its manually disabled. There are probably a couple of other status commands.

The reason for this is that analogue sets aren't intelligent ports that are regularly scanned as done with the digital ones.

Your options are limited.
I would try calling each extension to see if its answered by Voicemail and work out if the user has left the company. Also log onto Voicemail and see if that extensions mailbox was recently accessed to collect messages although this could be done from an external caller if remote mailbox access is enabled.

Perhaps renumber or disable some extensions to see the user reports that their extension has stopped working.
