Using 2 x ASA 5505's (v8.0) and a 4503 switch
I am going to be implementing an Active/Standby cluster and am wondering what I should enter on the 4503 in terms of ip route commands. The 4503 is the default gateway for all VLAN's. The ASA's will be placed between our enterprise network and our process control network (as opposed to being placed on the perimeter). I will have two interfaces on the 4503, one connecting to each outside interface of the ASA's. Typically I would just enter a static route on the 4503 that points to the inside and dmz networks. Since I have two devices I need two route statements. Do I just use a floating static route with one route using 2 for an administrative distance? Thanks for clarification.
I hate all Uppercase... I don't want my groups to seem angry at me all the time! =)
