Is there a way to audit only the active phones in the phone system? I just need a count of how many active phones I have, regardless of type, etc.

I've tried pulling DNBs and TNBs but I need a quicker way than digging through all that data to get a single number. Is there no where that simply reads out how many active sets are attached to the system?

Try a set Inventory in LD 117 it should only give you back sets that the system sees. At least for the digitals not really sure on the analog.

LD 117

if its IP sets that will give you the number of registered sets, then like hawks says if you have digital sets do an inventory, analogue no way to check bar taking a stroll.

You can't really do much for the Analogue sets as they will always show BUSY or IDLE etc. However another way I use for the digital sets, IP or wired is to go into LD 117 and print in INV GEN ALL.

This will generate a list of all the cards and also the digit sets. It will probably take a while, so log out and log back in later. Use the command INV PRT ALL to print out everything.

Capture the data and save it as something like Card and Set Inventory.csv. Use Excel to view the data.
