Active Jobs in Job Queue will not Delete or Stop 1

I have about 3 Active jobs in my job queue that I cannot stop or delete. Is there any way I can stop them and delete them from my Job Queue. I tried stopping the all the engines (tape, Database, job) and then tried to stop and delete them but no luck. Please help

Just delete the 000001.qsd folder under the arcserve home directory. (this will delete your jobs by the way and the pruning job will need to be re-added)

Stop and start the engines. There is also a patch on the CA website which refers to this issue. Apply it.

You can stop the job running by going to task manager and ending the process asrunjob.exe This will crash the job without you needing to delete it. This will enable you to check the configuration of the existing before deciding if you want to delete.

P.S I'm assuming you are using NT!
