Active Job will not stop?

I have 2 active jobs on my ArcServe server version 11.5 that will not stop. They are backing up netware servers with NWAgent 11.1 on them. I have tried to stop from the netware servers and from the Windows 2k3 backup server. The status just keeps saying "stopping". Any ideas on how to kill the jobs? I can not reboot the netware servers until later today.

Unload the SMDR and NW Agent NLMs.

Hi ,
please open the jobstatus.Find out the job who can not be stopped.
Now open the jobqueue.00000001.qsd( located in Brighstor arcserve backup.You will find this job.(I hope you have saved the job before.)
Remove the job.In jobstatus is the job declared as broken.You can remove/erase this one.Or remove this by reopening BAB manager.
Sometime the CARUNJOB in taskmanager should be killed
