Active Elapsed Time not showing on Netbackup Administration Console

Hi:

I am currently using Netbackup Enterprise Server 6.5. Under the active monitor on the netbackup administration console, i notice that the column for active elapsed time is empty. Previously when we were using 5.0, it will show the job end time. But ever since the upgrade, this column has been empty. Anyone encounter the same issue?
