Active Directory users cannot access Exchange 5.5 OWA

Hi:)

Recently had a trust relationship problem with NT4 domain and active directory domain. OWA Exchange 5.5 was working well for these users. After redoing the trust relationship, active directory users cannot access OWA, and when trying to, the page freezes up and IIS admin and World Wide Web Publisher crashes. The only way to get those services started again is to reboot. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
