Active Directory Synchronization with Lotus ADSync

we went to migrate from Windows NT to windows 2003 Server.
We use a lotus server domino 6 as a mail server.
in order to make an SPS (Single Password System),
I am trying to make an Active Directory Synchronization
with Lotus ADSync.
when i make change in active directory to user attributs like first name, the synchronization take effect. but I have a problem to synchronize password?
