I know this is the Exchange 2007 forum, but I didn't see one specifically for Active Directory. I performed a migration from Domino to Exchange 2003 and from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007. Exchange appears to be working well, now comes the BES portion, but that brings me to this issue. I setup the first server 2003 system (32-bit) as a DC for the new domain. I then setup another Server 2003 (x64) system which is running Exchange 2007, it is also a DC. And then a third Server 2003 (32-bit) for BES which is a third DC. It appears that EXCHANGE and BES are both replicating properly, however, the original DC (ad1) does not appear to be replicating. AD1 is the server that runs DNS, DNS is not setup on either EXCHANGE or BES. When I go into Sites and Services on either EXCHANGE or BES all 3 DCs show up, but on AD1, only it and EXCHANGE show up. The same goes for AD Users and Computers, on EXCHANGE and BES all 3 DCs show up under Domain Controllers, but on AD1, only itself and EXCHANGE show up. I created the BESAdmin account on EXCHANGE and it replicated fine to BES, which probably means that BES will install and work properly, however, Cisco Unified Communications Manager is using LDAP sync with AD1, and while that still appears to be working fine, I'm concerned with the errors that are showing up, as well as the fact that the other DC (BES) does NOT show up. I'm very new to AD n general as I come from a Unix background. Also, the user BESAdmin that was created on EXCHANGE does NOT show up in AD Users and Computers on AD1. Any ideas on what went wrong or how to resolve this issue?

In dssite.msc [Sites and Services] on AD1 can you add the other servers and replicate?
Install Support tools on all DC's
Start Run cmd /k repadmin /replsum
Start Run cmd /k repadmin /showreps
Start Run cmd /k dcdiag /v
With all the changes you might also want to check who is holding the FSMO roles well you at it.
Check who is the GC servers.
