Active Directory Snap In

I would like to adminiter my domains Active Directory users and computers from my own PC using a mmc snap in. Problem is I cant find the stand alone snap in on my PC! How can I get this on here?

Install the adminpak.msi located in the c:\Windows\System32 folder on your DC to your PC.
