active directory snap in for mmc

I'm trying to setup an mmc for administiring my domain server from my xp pro laptop without using terminal services. I can create the mmc with most of the snap ins but my xp machine does not have the snap in for active directory stuff. I know there is a download for it but could not find it on microsoft.com. I think i was not looking for the right thing. Does anyone know what the download is called?

Yeah, you need to install windows administration pack- adminpak.msi. There are different ones for Win2k and server03 although the server03 version will work with a win2k active directory. It can be found in Windows2k service packs as well as downloaded from MS directly- at
