Active Directory / Site Users listing

How can I build a page/list to show ALL of the current users that were/are imported from Active Directory into Sharepoint?

The idea is to have a current listing of all the site users, e.g. if user is removed from Active Directory and then subsuquently (via AD sync routine in SharedServices) from sharepoint I want this list to not show this user as well.
