Hi,
I installed the AD plugin for CE9.0 and imported all the users to the CE system. I activated the single sign-on feature by modifying the properties on the IIS(Ver 5) and the WCS component.
Now when a user tries to click the eportfolio link, the browser instead of opening the logon.CSP page now pops up a smaller novell domain logon window. I am not sure why this is happening. Maybe I am missing something.

Has anyone implemented the single sign-on feature for CE9.0? If so could you please let me know the steps involved to make this work correctly.

All help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

NT-Single sign on is for use on "pure" Windows network environments.

Is the client PC or the CE server also connecting to a Novell network?

If not, then the Novell issue may be caused by old Novell drivers on the client PC - sometimes you have to go back, reformat the drive and reinstall the OS to get rid of all the old crap that might be kicking around on old PCs.

If you are trying to single sign on in a Novell Environment I believe you need to have the LDAP plugin installed and have that set as the default login.

Thank you for the responses.
I am not sure if I could do LDAP since we are using active directory on our novell system.

We are having the same problem still. maybe, I need to call crystal support. I will try to keep this post updated after solving this(if I did). In the meantime, if anybody could throw a light on how to solve this please do.

Thanks again.

How can you import Active Directory Groups into Crystal Enterprise 9? We have Enterprise 8.5 using Windows NT authentication and we want to use AD with Enterprise 9.
