Active Directory Server not showing up in My Network Places

I have a multi-server environment with 3 AD servers. One of them is at a remote location and connects over a router to this one but they are all on the same domain.

The main AD server has stopped showing up in the browse list on ANY machine (Network Neighborhood on older boxes and My Network Places on newer machines)

I can still browse the machine manually by typing in it's name at the run prompt i.e.: \\servername

I can also PING the server by name and IP address.

I have used NBTSTAT -RR to flush the name cache and have also flushed the DNS and re-registered it on the AD server in question to no avail.

The server that isn't listing itself, like I said, is the main AD box which is also our DNS server. It points to itself for DNS resolution and can see everyone else just fine. It shows itself as the <1D> Unique Browse Master and none of the other machines are configured to be the Browse master.

Can someone tell me where else to check to see why this machine has decided to not list itself anymore? The Terminal Services Client doesn't list it by name anymore either.

Any suggestions would help very much!

You need to recount what configuration changes,if any,took place prior to the server becoming 'invisible'.

Has Netbios over Tcp been disabled on the machine in question?
