I am running AD across two sites with 4 DC's between them

I recently relocated two of my DC's to a new building and now linked to other building via VPN slow WAN.

The DC's at my remote site are not replicating across to the DC’s in other building.

Any ideas why?

Error "DCOM was unable to communicate with the Computer xxxx(DC at remote location) using any of the configured protocols.

DCOM got error "general access denied error" from the computer xxxx when attempting to activate the server:

Error:

NTDS replication:
AD attempted to perform a RPC to the following server, the call timed out and was cancelled

Any firealls that could be getting in the way?

Have the DCs at the remote site been setup in an AD site with an appropiate subnet?
Is DNS working properly?

The Servers were only moved(relocated), they were not rebuilt or reconfigured. DNS is working ok, DC's can see remote DC's like any other workstations at both sites.. ISA servers and firewall are configured properly and checked that they are working as should be. all I can think of is slow WN link VIA VPN... as mentioned in this link...
any other ideas?

That looks to be it then.
As that doc says, do you get a 1818 error when you do repadmin /showrepl and repadmin /showreps?

If so then I would follow the advice on that link.
