Active Directory Password Reset via Voice

Hey,

Is anyone aware of being able to Integrate Aspect with Active Directory? The end solution I'm looking for is to automate password resets using voice. We use the ACD platform.

Any further information would be great!

If you have the Aspect Contact Server you can incorporate the following into a webservice or DLL used by the contact server. Directly from the ACD it would not be able to be done, but the CTI server allows you to call webservices and/or DLL's.
