Active Directory Home drive Help

I have active directory authenication to work perfectly except that the home drive does not map on the Mac. What am I missing to enable the Mac to automatically map the network home drive from active directory?

You need to add a script to your ou on the active directory server. I'm not sure what the script looks like since I don't have access to it, but I know it is all done with a script.
