Active Directory - Exclaimer

At set times we getting the following error logged in our exclaimer log which references Active Directory. This only started about a month ago and we cannot nail yet as to why this is happening at set times.

ERROR,12/08/11 17:52:39.172,554,2108,exclaimerthreaddata.cpp,752,Failed to GetFirstRow. Error was 8007203a

ERROR,12/08/11 17:52:39.172,554,2108,exclaimerthreaddata.cpp,782,Failed to get first row from AD query

(-2147016646)

WARN,12/08/11 17:52:39.172,554,2108,exclaimerthreaddata.cpp,1146,Error during ADQuery 8007203a

Any idea's? It's as if active directory cannot be contacted for that 1/2 minutes that it occurs. Is there a log file that shows what is happening in Active Directory at the time this happens?

Have you checked with Exclaimer to make sure you have the latest version/hotfixes?

The latest version does not work the same as the version we have and cannot use it.

This version has worked fine up until the last month. We updated the server with the latest updates back in april and was also fine after that.

Unfortunately, these look like Exclaimer errors so I would suggest contacting there support. Wish I could be of more help, but I am no expert on this product.
