Hi,
I have been having problems on cisco call manager 3.1. Recently the global directory stopped working on the phones but after, i found that there was not enough disk space left so i deleted the Temp files and this resolved this issue. but now i cannot add a bnew user to the directory or make any changes on the cisco 3.1 admin, i looked up the error and this also points to disk space but i do not know what else to delete. can anyone help.

You must have deleted something that was vital to LDAP. Have you tried rebooting after that?
What exactly is the error you are getting?
Unfortunately you are working with software that has been end of life and end of support for quite a few years now, it is time for your customer to upgrade to the latest as the problems will only get worse as the sw gets older.
