I'm running Exchange 5.5 SP4 on a Window 2000 server in a mixed mode domain.
We wanna change our mailboxes and NT usernames from Lastname_FirstInitial to
FirstnameDotLastname.
This seemed like a great time to install ADC and work toward Exchange 2000.
I hope that with ADC installed, I can change the NT accounts and mailboxes
simultaneously. (Don't know how yet)
I just read that distribution lists could not be used in a mixed-mode domain
as security principles in Exchange 2000.
Can they still be used as long as I remain at 5.5?
Anyone have any feedback on my line of thinking here?
