Active Directory Chat Program

We're looking to implement somekind of light-weight chat program that integrates with Active Directory.

Anyone know of any good products out there? Anything you've tested in the past, likes and dislikes?

I think I tested one before called Alkine or something but it obviously didn't go over to well since it only lasted a couple days!
