I have an end user under Active Directory Group Policies that is having an issue viewing PDFs within a web browser. It opens the PDF that is online fine for a second or so, then the PDF disappears from sight and a blank white background in all that can be seen. Any ideas? After removing her from AD Group Policies, she can view the PDFs online just fine. What Group Policy setting would control this? We called Adobe and they aren't much help...

Where do I find GPRESULT? On the workstation in question?

If it is an XP workstation, then yes.

Open a command prompt and type GPRESULT <enter>

You can send the output to a text file using:

GPRESULT.EXE > GPORESULTS.TXT <enter>

I hope you find this post helpful.

Mark
