Good afternoon everyone, i am experiencing a very strange problem. When I create a user in Active Directory and setup the mailbox everything goes fine. Then when i check the account that i created through the AD, and i click on the "E-Mail Address" tab, noting appears on the list. Also when i check our Global Address List the user does not appear. When i check Exchange Manger i am able to see the user.

The problem is worst because i can not setup the user on Outlook because Outlook does not see the username of the user in the Global Address list. When i try to add the user to Outlook i get the following error "the action could not be completed. The name could not be matched to a name in the address list."

Can anyone help or give me some guide to solve this problem. Thank you. Windows 2003 Server.

CORRECTION to my Post Above.

The user that i create is not being showed in the Exchange System Manager. Any reason why AD will not automattically create the e-mail account?

Got it. Thank you Sniper. At first i did not know how to go about the search but it was under the RUS on Exchange. It was pointing to our old Exchange Box, which we shutdown a few days ago. Thank you again.
