active/deactive prompts voicemail 3300cx

Hi,

I would like to deactivate the prompt on the mailbox that saying at the greetings something like " you can let your message after the tone"
Anyone know how to do it?

is on the nupoint server that I wanted to deactivate the message "Begin speaking after the tone, then hang-up when you are finished"

on the 3300cx for exemple i can do it from the mailbox administrator but on the nupoint if i call the 999 on the nupoint is a normal mailbox and not as a administrator mailbox.

If it's on nupoint, remove FCOS bit 133 from the FCOS you are using.

I've remove but I have always the message "to leave a message after the tone.
and withe the suppress greetings the system remove only the first part that tell's " i'm sorry your ....." but not remove the sencond part "to leave a message after the tone"

Apologies. You need to *ADD* fcos bit 133 to your mailbox fcos to remove the message.
