Activation error message

We have this SBS box running for over 2 years with no problems. Just recently, we start getting the following error message

this copy of windows must be activated with microsoft before you can log on

When I try to activate, it won't let me. So I reboot and everything is back to normal for about a month until it happens again.

This server is fully licensed and registered with 50 user licenses. I will be calling Microsoft, but I'm just curious if anyone has experienced this problem.
