Activating Voicemail Channels-NAM 4.0

Anybody knows what's involved in activating channels on a NAM 4.0? When I check status with F915 it SHOWS:

When you showed channel status the leading dots mean you have 6 active channels, the a's mean you have 2 available but inactive channels. To activate the available channels you need to purchase a keycode.
