activating sheets

i hope noone missed this posting, but i wanted to know how within a workbook, i would be able to select the first worksheet, then select the next worksheet after that, i dont really need to have some type of loop where i say select the next worksheet until i get into the end, i only need to do that once or twice, is there such a code, i know about the keyboard shortcut keys, but from what people have posted that might be the only way to do it, but is there code that could help me out, thanks alot!
