I have a user who is having a problem with activating some reports.

She created a report that she wants to schedule to run every morning at 6:00am for a "daily" date range of "yesterday".

It saves just fine, but when she goes to activate the report, she gets the following error message:

Unable to activate the schedule for Application_Delay_Before_Answer : Cannot active job, Job has already actived.

Do I need to recreate this from the original public report and how do I delete reports from "Private Report Templates"..??

Thanks in advance.

The person who created the report needs to delete the private report when they are logged in.

What PEP release do you have on your Web Server? Hopefully at least 5 if you are running 4.5. And if that isn't it, you may need to check the security settings for IUSR and be sure it can write to the specified area where the report is being written to.

Well, we had a problem this weekend with the phone switch that our Symposium is connected to which caused us to have to reboot the SCCS server this morning.

That fixed the problem although we do not know why.

Thanks lretrievers for the pointer. Our web server is running SU4. We are scheduled to get SU5 on the 20th.

1. Make sure that IUSR_SWC is added to IIS.
2. Make sure you are running SU06 V1 and SUS0601 V1 on your SWC
3. If these fail, you might need a DP. Is your SWC part of domain?

Thanks croat1.

Our support people tried to take our web server to SU06 on Monday, but we have some issues with the way the server was initially configured.

According to the Nortel Docs, to install SU05, we have to have the server configured in Application Mode and install Terminal Services which we did not do.

Once these changes are made, we will get SU05 & SU06 installed and check things out.

Thanks for the pointer.
