activating free seating

Hi,

I was trying to activate free seating.
I've intiated a Generic extension with:
example: GEDIIIR=1234,CSP=1,LIM=1,LIC=2;

and an AUCOI:AUTH=2345,CSP=1,DIR=1235,CILCOD=1235;

When I try to enter *11*2345*1234# I get the message on the extension "not executed"
What am I doing wrong?

It needs the RAC( regional authorization code).....

AUCOI:AUTH=2345,CSP=1,DIR=1235,CILCOD=1235;
DIR=1235 is incorrect, cilcod is not requd...
