I have macros setup in a POS program that I want to be able to activate by scanning a barcode, possible?

The macros are all ctrl+f? or ctrl+alt+f?.

by f? I mean all of the f1 - f12 keys + the other keys are avalible for macro use.

Thanks for any help!

Yes they can be used, IF you have a scanner that can be programmed. here is one
HHP IT3800

I have done this with it and it works well.
You also have to use Code93 becasue code39 is a normal barcode as well as UPC.
If the scanner see's a Code93 it can be programmed to act different.

Those happen to be the scanners that I use! I got HHP's support to send me a example of ctrl+alt+f7 but I would like fin out how to do this myself.

Can anyone tell me how? Thanks

When you get the info. from HHP all will be revealed.
