Hello,

I amnot sure why I have this 2008 series phone which i put in 2 ext numbers they work fine. But when the person is on the phone and someone else calls voicemail picks up right away. How can I set this so that the rollover line rings before voicemail picks up? Any help would be great.

Thank you,

PTALLY

Make sure the "LHK" is set to 1 or whichever key # the rollover line is on.

His LHK is set to 1 and his rollover line is on Key 1. What else could it be?

I don't think adding CFA is the issues as other phones setups don't have CFA and they work fine. I looked and yes HTA is already in CLS for this phone. I looked at another 2008 series phone setup that works and I can't see why it's not working. Anymore suggestions?

Thanks,

Is there any way you can copy/paste the TNB here? Is this phone set up as an ACD?

Does this # appear on anyone else's phone? If so it needs to be "MARP"ed on this phone. I don't see anything else that appears to be wrong. If it isn't the MARP, then try outing the set and re-building it.
