activate form with calander8-activex cause error

when activating a form with active-X calander 8.0 ctrl,
system send msg sais "MSaccess caused an error in vba332me.dll ", then app shutdown.
if i try to add this active-X ctrl to a form , no problems.
just when running it!
in mid of proj , any help will be most appreciate .
