I have a customer who has a CFXA cls on his phone. Is there a way for him to activate call forward remotely? Just in case he forgets to forward his phone before leaving his desk.
You can forward a call remotely, but you must have an outside access to the system using DISA.
You can set-up DISA using DID trunks, then using the FFC codes RCFA and RCFW codes, you can forward the calls from a local extension to any number (internal and external)
