activate and deactivate twiining with voice mail pro. 5

I am trying to activate and deactivate mobile twinning with voice mail pro.


For that I have one generic action for each one.
Those are :
CFG:Set extn twinning_type Mobile for activate
CFG:Set extn twinning_type Internal for deactivate

I've tried with a user variable instead of "extn" and with a fixed extension (240 p.e.)

But I have no success.
I know the instrucction is performed (i put a test variable) but the twinning does not change.

No problem with a desk phone button.

What can I be doing bad ?

I think that avariable cannot be enclosed in quotation marks.

Anyway i tried with quotation marks but it does not work

I included a third token for retireving the estatus of the twinning,

After an activating call, the status is "mobile".
After a deactivating call, the status is "none". but the "twinning line at the extension system status is "twinned to external number xxxxx...x" and the call is twinned.

So, tokens for setting the user configuration of the twinning type parameter to mobile or to none don't take efect.

Here is a module that i created when COVID first started and everyone wanted to modify twinning settings from home. I have the module set so you can enter the extension you want to modify, then you can either activate or deactivate twinning, or change what number you are twinning to. You will just need to record all of the prompts. Just import this module into vmpro record the greetings and you should be all set.

It is in the first post.

Now I amb trying fith short codes and NNE service.
It workes but now now. I am seeking the cause.
