Here's the website i'm working on

I have my webpage arranged in scenes HOME, SERVICES, ABOUT ... etc

clicking on each link will take you to the appropriate page except the last button, TO INVEST that takes you back to the home page. In linking to the appropriate scenes I first used go and play scene whatever, frame # .... . It was suggested that I used labels and so I then labeled each frame that I needed to go to -with the same result. I added a new scene and labeled it likewise - -then the INVEST options worked fine and the new button -contact now took you to the home page instead of to the contact page as it should have. So i deleted that whole section and once again the TO INVEST option again routes you to the home page.

It seems that the last scene of the movie- defaults to HOME - and i can't seem to find a way around this. I have checked all buttons on each page for their actionscripting and am at a complete loss and ultr frustrated....!!!

You didn't need to use different scenes. A few frames (with stop actions) would have worked within the same scene.
What's probably happening now, is that you must be cycling through your scenes (no stop on the last scene?), and when you reach the last one, it cycles back to the beginning one, which is home.
A bit hard to tell you more without having a look at your .fla, and the coding on your buttons. Either try to upload it and give us a link to it, or maybe e-mail it to me at oldnewbie@hotmail.com
