actionscript stop and start swf loaded files

can anyone please help. i can load a swf file using loadmovienum. and i have the file on level 3. the name of the file is beg.swf i can also unload it using a stop button using unloadmovie. however i want to create 2 more buttons that allow me to pause, and rewind. can anyone send me a actionscript based on what i have put here. like i said i load my movie in on a level.
cant seem to work out this problem.

By rewind, do you mean reverse play or going back to the beginning of the loaded movie?
And must I understand you want to control this external movie from buttons in the main movie, or from buttons within the loaded movie itself?
Anyway you can upload your zipped .flas to a server, and provide a link to download the package from there?
Or e-mail them to me?
