ActionScript book recommendation

Can anyone recommend an ActionScript book?

I've been reading Flash MX ActionScript for Designers, but the author gives generic examples. I learn better when there are examples that require to open a flash file and make step-by-step changes.

Some of the features I need to learn are:
Creating roll over effects on buttons
Learn how to make a Load Page
Create a basic forms page

Flash MX Magic is a good book.
