Actions in PSv7

What I have is 18 images that get the same exact treatment done to them. They are numbered 1-18, so when I click 'jpg-eps' action name it starts with number 1 and runs through 18.

I have been using Photoshop 5 action pallet. I have actions set up to run in a fluid motion. So if i clicked on the title of the Action it would run through each subaction and go on to the next. When I switched to 7, it wouldnt go in a fluid motion. I have to click on each subaction and initiate it, then move on to the next. Any suggestions?

If you select the action and click the "Play Selection" button or "Play" from the menu does it work correctly?

The Play button is grayed out and does not make itself active until you click on the first action. but then it doesnt flow to the following actions.

Two guesses:

1. Select the title of the action, not the first step in the action, then hit play. It should go through the whole action.
2. In the Actions submenu (round button, upper right of the pallette) click Playback Options, make sure "Accelerated" is selected.
